What is FM HR?

A complete HR system inside EspoCRM: attendance, excuses & leaves, payroll & commissions, KPIs, and employee activity monitoring on their machines.

Main features

• Attendance (Whours): Check in/out from a top-bar button, with optional IP or device restriction.
• HR Cases: Late/early-leave excuses, attendance corrections, overtime, and leaves with manager approval and a leave balance.
• Salary: Payroll with deductions and target-based commissions, plus a printable payslip.
• KPIs & Scorecards: Monthly per-employee metrics from various sources.
• Activity monitoring: Live status (Active / Idle / Break), apps & sites, network usage, screenshots, and a Live Activity Board.
• Schedules & breaks: Special work hours (e.g. Ramadan) and fixed break windows.
• My HR page: Each employee sees their balance, attendance, requests and payslips.

How to use

• Configure everything under Administration → HR Settings.
• Link each employee to a Profile and set their direct manager.
• Employees check in from the Check In button at the top.
• Requests go through the HR Cases tab; managers approve.
• Payroll is under the Salary tab.
• Monitoring is on the Live Activity Board and the Activity tab.

Settings & permissions

• All settings are in Administration → HR Settings.
• My HR and HR Reports visibility is controlled per role under Administration → Roles.

Notes

• Activity monitoring requires the desktop app (FM HR Agent) on employee machines.
• Employees must be informed and consent, per data-protection law.
